Evercoat HT is Everest's highest-performance acrylic roof coating: a plasticizer-free, single-component, water-based, 100 percent acrylic elastomeric coating for spray polyurethane foam and most other substrates, including metal, concrete, PVC, Hypalon, EPDM and primed asphaltic surfaces. Its technical data sheet reports 500 psi tensile strength and 600 percent elongation (ASTM D-2370), 87 percent reflectivity (ASTM C-1549) and a calculated SRI of 107, and states that it meets ASTM D6083 requirements, is UL Class A fire rated and is California Energy Commission Title 24 qualified. A quick-set version, Evercoat HT-QS, is also offered.
