Evercoat EC is Everest's general-purpose acrylic roof coating: a plasticizer-free, single-component, water-based, 100 percent acrylic elastomeric coating for spray, brush or roller application over spray polyurethane foam and most other roof substrates. Its technical data sheet reports 283 psi tensile strength (ASTM D-2370), 86 percent reflectivity (ASTM C-1549) and a calculated SRI of 107, and states that it meets ASTM D6083 requirements, is UL Class A fire rated and is California Energy Commission Title 24 qualified. A quick-set version, Evercoat EC-QS, is also offered.
