EPDM Silicone 100% is a high-solids, low-VOC, one-part silicone elastomeric roof coating for low-slope substrates including EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, smooth BUR, spray polyurethane foam, concrete and metal. The data sheet calls for 1.25 gallons per 100 sq ft with a minimum dry film above 20 mils, applied by roller, brush or airless spray. It lists total solids of 96% by volume (ASTM D2697), elongation of 249%, tensile strength of 325 psi, hardness of 50 Shore A, permeability of 4.2 perms, solar reflectance of 87%, thermal emittance of 89%, a service range of -50 to 200 F and VOC under 100 g/L. It is sold in 5-gallon pails, with custom colors on larger orders.
