SwiftSeal SRC300 is a one-component, moisture-curing silicone rubber roof coating for existing smooth BUR, granulated cap sheet, well-adhered acrylic coating, concrete, metal, sprayed polyurethane foam and single-ply membrane roofs. The technical data sheet lists 90% solids (ASTM D2369), under 50 g/L VOC, 235% elongation and 250 psi tensile strength (ASTM D412), a Class A rating under ASTM E108, and for the white colour an initial solar reflectance of 89 (ASTM C1549), thermal emittance of 90 (ASTM C1371) and an SRI of 113. It can be applied over 40 mils in a single coat, comes in white or light grey in 5 and 55 gallon containers, and Elastochem's coverage guide gives dry-mil requirements by substrate for 5, 10, 15 and 20 year terms.
