SwiftSeal AC100 is a white, water-based coating made with a 100% acrylic polymer, used as a finish coat in fluid-applied roofing systems over metal, urethane foam, concrete, smooth BUR, asphalt and modified bitumen, granular cap sheets and single-ply membranes. The technical data sheet lists 65% solids by weight (ASTM D1644), 53% solids by volume (ASTM D2697), VOC of 50 g/L or less, 240% initial elongation and 210 psi tensile strength (ASTM D2370) and 11 US perms permeance (ASTM D1653). It is applied in two coats, a first coat at 20 mils and a second at 15 mils, by airless spray, brush or roller, and is sold in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
