Eagle's lightweight concrete roof tile line, offered in some of its established profiles and colors and marketed for re-roof projects; Eagle states it is a limited offering available only in the Western United States. The Lightweight Collection brochure prints approximate installed weights of 550 lbs per 100 square feet for Malibu, 570 for Capistrano and 720 for Bel Air and Ponderosa, against 88 to 88.5 tiles per 100 square feet with a 3-inch headlap. Eagle advises checking with a roofing contractor whether a lightweight tile roof suits a given structure.
