Duro-Last X (DLX) is a PVC roll-good membrane produced in standard 100-foot rolls or custom-cut to length (up to 200 feet for 50 and 60 mil, up to 130 feet for 80 mil), made from the same PVC formulation as the Duro-Last membrane but by a different process, giving a smooth matte finish rather than the textured, glossy finish of the custom-fabricated sheet. The 60-mil data sheet describes PVC film laminated to both sides of an 18 x 14 weft-inserted polyester scrim, 28 mil of film above the scrim, 0.36 lb per square foot, in white, classified under ASTM D4434 as a Type III sheet and meeting its Type II requirements, with a CRRC initial solar reflectance index of 110 (79 at three years). It may be mechanically fastened, induction welded or adhered. The product page offers 50, 60 and 80 mil, calls the membrane NSF/ANSI 347 Platinum certified and UL and FM approved, and lists warranties from 15-year to 30-year NDL.
