Insta Stik Quik Set is a single-component, solvent-free, moisture-cured polyurethane adhesive dispensed from a portable pre-pressurized 23 lb cylinder with no external power, used to bond compatible roof insulation boards to decks, to other insulation, to graveled and bald built-up roofs in re-cover work, and insulation or gypsum board to steel decks of 22 gauge and heavier and to wood decks, in place of mechanical fasteners or hot asphalt. DuPont prints an application range of 33 to 111 degrees F, UL 1897 uplift testing for steel deck applications, Class A surface burning to UL 723 (ASTM E84), Florida product approval FL720-R7 and FM Approvals fire and wind uplift listings for specific roof assemblies.
