The DMC 450SL is a 1-1/2 inch snap-lock standing seam roof system in which the panel and its DMC 450SL clip form a continuous interlock, with concealed fasteners and a clip that allows thermal movement. Standard nominal widths are 12, 16 and 20 inches, in painted Galvalume or Drexlume (22 and 24 gauge) and aluminum (.032 and .040 inch). Minimum slope is 3:12 over plywood decking with approved underlayment. The data sheet states a 35-year non-prorated PVDF paint warranty on Galvalume and aluminum substrates and a 25-year warranty on the Drexlume substrate.
