The DMC 200S is a 2-inch mechanically seamed structural standing seam roof system for low to steep slope commercial and industrial work, offered as a single-lock (90 degree) or double-lock (180 degree) panel and in a radius (curved) version. Standard nominal widths are 12, 14, 16 and 18 inches, in painted Galvalume or Drexlume (22 and 24 gauge), aluminum (.032 and .040 inch), 16 and 20 oz copper, and .7 and .8 mm zinc. Minimum slope is 1/2:12, over plywood, steel decking or polyiso with approved underlayment, or open framing. The data sheet states a 35-year non-prorated PVDF paint warranty on Galvalume and aluminum substrates and a 25-year warranty on the mill-finished Drexlume substrate, and lists Miami-Dade County, Florida Building Code and Texas Department of Insurance approvals.
