The DMC 150SS is a 1-1/2 inch mechanically seamed standing seam panel, offered single-lock or double-lock, that Drexel Metals states can be curved to a wide range of radii, from barrel roofs to conical shapes, with concealed fasteners and a floating clip system. Standard nominal widths are 12, 16 and 20 inches, in painted Galvalume or Drexlume (24 gauge), .032 inch aluminum, 16 and 20 oz copper, and .7 and .8 mm zinc. Minimum slope is 1:12, over steel decking with polyiso or over plywood with the maker's MetShield underlayment. The data sheet states a 35-year non-prorated PVDF paint warranty on Galvalume and aluminum substrates and a 25-year warranty on the Drexlume substrate, and lists Miami-Dade County, Florida Building Code and Texas Department of Insurance approvals.
