The DMC 100SS is a 1-inch mechanically seamed standing seam panel for light commercial and residential roofs, including bay windows, porch roofs, curved and historical applications, installed without end laps. It is offered single-lock or double-lock in standard nominal widths of 13, 17 and 21 inches, in painted Galvalume or Drexlume (22 and 24 gauge), painted aluminum (.032 and .040 inch), 16 and 20 oz copper, and .7 and .8 mm zinc. Minimum slope is 2:12 over plywood decking with approved underlayment. The data sheet states a 35-year non-prorated PVDF paint warranty on Galvalume and aluminum substrates and a 25-year warranty on the Drexlume substrate.
