Flat-Lock (FLPA) is a shingle-style metal panel system with integrated concealed clips, custom fabricated to size and installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally in a diamond pattern. The product page and cut sheet list uses including roof tiles, walls, soffits and vertical fascia, applied over solid substrates such as plywood sheathing. It is offered in 24 and 22 gauge steel, .032 and .040 aluminum, 16 and 20 oz copper, and per the cut sheet RHEINZINK in 24, 22 and 20 gauge, with the DynaClad 70 percent full strength PVDF finish in over 32 colors or natural copper. The cut sheet states the watertightness warranty is available for wall applications only.
