Double-Lock DL20 is a structural standing seam panel that is mechanically seamed during installation using the traditional SMACNA double-lock seam, installing in one direction from a starting point, with a double male starter panel available for symmetrical layouts. The product page prints low floating and fixed clips, 24 and 22 gauge steel, .032 and .040 inch aluminum and 16 and 20 ounce copper, seam spacings of 12, 16 and about 17.6 inches, installation on slopes down to 1/2:12 and on tapered and curved roofs, and a factory-applied non-curing sealant. It lists performance tests to UL-580 wind uplift, ASTM E1592, ASTM E1646 and ASTM E1680, and states the panel must be double-locked where a watertight warranty is required.
