Compound Curve CC10 is a non-structural curved snap-on-seam roof panel system made of two components, the panel and a seam cover, with a 5/8 inch panel leg that is button punched to reach the required taper and radius. The product page lists it for spherical domes and the outside corners of curved canopies, in concave or convex curves, over a solid substrate such as plywood sheathing, nail base insulation or corrugated metal deck. It is offered in 24 and 22 gauge steel, .032 and .040 inch aluminum, and 16 and 20 oz copper, with minimum radius guidelines printed per material (for example a 3 foot minimum convex radius in 24 gauge steel). Options include a factory applied non-curing sealant, expansion clips and the DynaClad 70 percent full strength PVDF finish in over 32 colors, and the page states Total System Warranties are available.
