Delta Screw Flange 1 inch is a concealed-fastener standing seam steel panel with 1 inch high ribs and a screw flange, giving 16 inch coverage in 26 and 24 gauge. It is run by default as a 3-rib striated panel and can also be run as a 2-bead or flat pan, fastened with pancake-head screws placed in slotted holes. The data sheet recommends it for roofing applications at 2:12 pitch and above. Delta Metals lists UL 790 Class A fire, UL 580 Class 90 uplift and UL 2218 Class 4 impact testing, and a Sherwin-Williams 40-year paint warranty.
