PBR Panel is a commercial-grade exposed-fastener steel roof and wall panel with 36 inch coverage and 1-1/4 inch ribs at 12 inches on center that can free-span up to 5 feet between purlins. It is offered in 26 and 24 gauge and cut to lengths from 2 ft 6 in to 40 ft; the Iowa plant sells the same 36 inch, 1-1/4 inch rib profile as R-Rib. The data sheet gives 1:12 as the recommended minimum pitch, publishes load tables, and lists UL 790 Class A Fire Rated, UL 2218 Impact Resistant and UL 580 Class 90 uplift testing. The paint carries a Sherwin-Williams 40-year warranty.
