Dektite FlatSeal is a black EPDM pipe flashing for flat and low-pitch roofs with single-ply or bitumen coverings; the cone is trimmed to the pipe and snaps tight without clips. The standard version (FS25-175) is set in hot or cold liquid bitumen and the FlatSeal Butyl version (FS25-175BU) has a self- adhesive butyl base; both fit pipe outside diameters of 1 to 7 inches (25 to 175 mm) on a 345 mm base. The brochure gives EPDM a constant roofline service range of -58 to 239 degrees F, up to 302 degrees F intermittently.
