US RoofVent is DCI Products' rolled version of its SmartVent under-shingle vent, for intake or exhaust attic ventilation, installed along the eave over a 1 in. slit in the deck (or a series of 1 3/4 in. holes) cut 6 to 7 in. up from the drip edge. The sell sheet (model USRV-20) prints an 11 in. wide roll that tapers from 3/4 in. to 1/16 in., in a 20-foot continuous roll weighing 4.5 lbs, supplied with installation instructions and two pieces of black end fabric. DCI's pages do not print a net free area figure for the rolled version.
