The Standing Seam Vent (SS-Vent) is DCI Products' vent for standing seam metal roofs, pre-mitered at the factory to fit between the seams, or supplied in 37 in. sticks for cutting on site, and used for exhaust at the ridge, shed roof or roof-to-wall, or for intake. The sell sheet prints 2.375 in. wide pieces in 12 in. and 16 in. lengths at 7/8 in. (20 mm) thick, states they resist windblown rain, snow and insects behind a black weather guard, and that they are made in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania; DCI's web page describes the common stocked size as 2 3/8 in. wide by 1 in. high.
