RoofSeal Silicone Top is a ready-to-use, high-solids, solvent-free, single-component, moisture-cure silicone roof coating that cures into a seamless, fully adhered membrane. It is applied over spray polyurethane foam, single-ply, metal, gravel, smooth built-up roofing and modified bitumen, and is offered in white, gray and tan. The data sheet states compliance with ASTM D6694, lists 96% solids by volume, VOC under 50 g/L and an initial SRI of 110, and states Class A and Class B fire classifications under UL 790 over approved substrates. The silicone roof system is offered with 10, 15 and 20 year warranty options.
