RoofSeal 500S Acrylic is a single-part, water-based, bright white copolymer elastomeric roof coating that forms a seamless, fully adhered membrane. It is applied over modified bitumen, built-up roofing, hot-mopped asphalt, tar and gravel, spray polyurethane foam, galvanized metal and UltraRoof 900, at about 8 mils dry per coat. The data sheet lists 1796 psi tensile strength and 711% elongation (ASTM D2370), reflectivity of 0.83, emissivity of 0.95 and VOC of 8 g/L. Davlin also publishes RoofSeal Tropical (560), a version for tropical climates with the same listed properties.
