Acrylastic UltraRoof 900 is a single-part, water-based, black copolymer elastomeric roof coating that cures by air drying into a seamless, fully adhered liquid-applied roof. It is listed as the primer coat of the Davlin acrylic roof system, under UltraRoof 510 and an optional Sunshield 3800 glaze coat, over mineral-surfaced and smooth modified bitumen, built-up roofing, tar and gravel, asphalt cut-back, galvanized metal and pre-cast concrete. The data sheet lists 800 psi tensile strength and 1000% elongation (ASTM D2370), 0.6 perms at 20 mils (ASTM E96), VOC under 50 g/L, a recommended system thickness of 16-48 mils, and 1, 5, 55 and 275 gallon packaging. The data sheet states the system is available with Davlin 5, 10, 15 and 20 year warranties.
