Acrylastic UltraRoof 510 is a single-part, water-based, bright white copolymer elastomeric roof coating that forms a seamless, fully adhered liquid-applied roof. It is the base coat of the Davlin acrylic roof system and is formulated for urethane foam roofs, asphalt emulsion and roofs coated with Acrylastic 900. The data sheet lists 1400 psi tensile strength and 2100% elongation (ASTM D2370), 1.2 perms at 20 mils (ASTM E96), VOC of 6 g/L, a recommended system thickness of 16-48 mils, white or custom colours, and 1, 5, 55 and 275 gallon packaging. The data sheet states it is available with Davlin 5, 10, 15 and 20 year warranties.
