DaVinci's composite shake tile recalling hand-split cedar, laid in multiple widths for a non-repeating look. The product page describes a composite of virgin resins, UV and thermal stabilizers and a fire retardant, and lists a Lifetime Limited Material Warranty, Class A fire, Class 4 impact and hurricane wind performance. The September 2025 tech sheet prints a field bundle of 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 inch widths by 22 inches long (24 pieces, 38 lbs), installed at 10 inch exposure (8 bundles and 300 lbs per square) or 9 inch exposure (9 bundles and 333 lbs per square) on 3:12 or greater, with a 5/8 inch butt thickness per the residential brochure. Mountain, Tahoe and Weathered Gray are also offered as Cool Roof colors.
