Danpatherm RK7 is a factory-assembled, double-glazed polycarbonate cassette skylight system joined with Danpal's standing-seam connection and hidden glazing rafters. Each 70 mm (2.75 in) cassette pairs two 12 mm multicell panels with an air space or insulation, on a 600 mm (23.625 in) installation module, in standard lengths up to about 38 ft 9 in, and can span 10 ft unsupported. The brochure lists an NFRC U-factor of 0.25 (air) or 0.20 (insulated) BTU/ft2-F, visible light transmission up to 35 percent, and Standard, Softlite, High Performance and IR finishes. It lists a Class A and C roof assembly rating under ASTM E108/UL 790 (assembly-dependent), ASTM E84 Class A flame spread, large-missile impact Level D under ASTM E1886/E1996, ASTM E283 air and ASTM E331 water infiltration tests, an OSHA/CalOSHA 800 lb concentrated-load test, and ICC-ES evaluation report ESR-5022.
