Danpalon Seamless Skylight is a dry-glazed polycarbonate skylight system that pairs Danpalon Microcell panels with the Danpal Expansion Connector, giving a flush exterior with no exposed caps on the weather face. It is the Seamless configuration of the Danpal Roofing System, which Danpal also offers in Traditional, Alu Spacer and Freespan configurations with panels from 8 mm to 50 mm in 600, 900 and 1040 mm widths and a 5 degree minimum slope. The test report summary lists an ASTM E84 Class A surface burning rating, ASTM D635 CC1, ASTM D2843 smoke density under 75 percent, ASTM D1929 self-ignition above 650 F, ASTM E330 structural performance up to +230/-90 psf, and an 800 lb concentrated-load test. Danpal North America lists ICC-ES evaluation report ESR-5022 for the system.
