Horizon-Loc (H-Loc) is a hidden-fastener snap-together roof and siding panel that Central States pitches as giving the look of standing seam at lower cost, without mechanical seaming, for residential and light commercial work over solid decking with 30 pound felt or equivalent. The product page prints a 3:12 minimum roof pitch, 26 gauge (24 gauge available in Texas), 16 inch coverage and rib spacing, a 1 inch rib, 0.0185 inch steel of 50,000 psi minimum strength on painted AZ50 or AZ55 acrylic-coated Galvalume, SMP and Fluropon paint systems with textured colors, and optional DripX condensation control. Its approvals list UL2218 impact resistance testing with no class stated, UL790 Fire Resistance Class A, Florida approval FL14026 and Texas Windstorm approval RC423. The warranty tab lists lifetime limited paint adhesion, 30-year chalk and fade and 50-year Galvalume perforation coverage.
