Central Seam Plus is a mechanically seamed trapezoidal architectural roof panel for commercial and industrial new construction and retrofit, with factory-applied sealant, floating clips for thermal movement, factory end-lap notching, optional pre-punching with self-engaging backup plates, and end-for-end reversible panels. The product page prints a 1/4:12 minimum roof pitch, 24 gauge, 18 or 24 inch coverage, a 3 inch rib, 0.023 inch steel on Galvalume AZ50 with a Fluropon paint system in 13 colors, and optional DripX condensation control.
