TuffSpan Trafford Tile is a Trafford tile fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) roofing and siding panel in the TuffSpan line made by Enduro Composites, a Creative Composites Group company, in Houston, Texas. The Trafford tile profile has a 13.33 inch rib spacing and 1 5/8 inch depth, with 40 inch panel coverage and 43 inch panel width. It is offered in Series 150 to 450 (8 to 16 oz/sf, iso-polyester PFR or vinyl ester VFR fire-retardant resin, 48% glass by weight) and FM 10, 13 and 16 (FM-approved iso-polyester, 30% glass), in opaque gray, white, beige, shale and stone white or translucent colors with up to 80% light transmission. The data sheet lists an ASTM E84 flame spread of 25 or less (Class 1) and ASTM E108 roof covering results of Class C for PFR/VFR and Class B for FM materials, each at a 3/12 maximum slope.
