A low-profile (5/8 in. high), power-nailable shingle-over ridge vent printing 13.5 square inches of net free ventilating area (NFVA) per linear foot, sold in 4-foot sections in 11 in., 8 1/2 in. and 7 in. widths and rated for roof pitches from 3/12 to 16/12. Cor-A-Vent markets it as its best-value, best-selling ridge vent, suited to cathedral ceiling and hip roofs and compatible with shingle, cedar shake, slate, flat tile and metal roofing. The V-300E variant adds an Enhanced Snow Screen and is rated for hip applications at a 5/12 minimum pitch. Cor-A-Vent's product literature does not print a warranty term for its ridge vent line.
