Revolution is Cor-A-Vent's shingle-over rolled ridge vent for asphalt shingle roofs, made from 100 percent pre-consumer recycled high-density polypropylene reclaimed from the company's own production scrap. The product page gives 12 square inches of net free vent area per lineal foot, 20-foot rolls in 11-inch (REV-11) and 9-inch (REV-9) widths, black, power-nailable, with an enhanced snow screen, two coils of 1 3/4 inch galvanized nails and two end plugs per roll. The 2013 sales sheet lists third-party tests by PRI Construction Materials Technology, each marked passed: ICC-ES AC132 dust exposure, wind-driven rain and snow to Florida Building Code TAS 100(A)-95, accelerated weathering (ICC-ES AC132, ASTM D4329, ASTM D638), and self-ignition temperature to ASTM D1929.
