OUTPOST TPO Bonding Adhesive bonds TPO membranes and flashing, including Conklin's OUTPOST TPO, to horizontal and vertical roof substrates. It is roller-applied to both the membrane and the substrate at 120 square feet per gallon per surface (enough to bond 60 square feet of membrane), allowed to dry to a tack in about 5-10 minutes, and applied at 50 degrees F and rising.
