Flexion XL Bonding Adhesive is a synthetic polymer-based contact adhesive, translucent amber, for adhering Flexion XL CPA (PVC) and OUTPOST TPO membranes to approved insulations and cover boards, wood and concrete. It is sold in a 5 gal pail, roller-applied to both the substrate and the membrane at 50-70 square feet per gallon, and allowed to dry 20 to 40 minutes before the membrane is rolled in. Its data sheet lists a VOC content of 659 g/L.
