Benchmark is a 100-percent acrylic, elastomeric, monolithic roof coating in a bright white finish, applied as a base and top coat to waterproof metal roofs, sprayed polyurethane foam, and Conklin's Fabric Reinforced System. Its specification data sheet reports a Pass to ASTM D6083-05 (the standard test method for acrylic roof coatings), a UL-790 Class A fire rating, a UL Class 4 hail rating (UL file TGFU.R8435), an FM Approvals Severe Hail 4470 listing, ICC approval as a fire retardant, and ENERGY STAR and CRRC reflectance approval.
