Affinity is a polyurethane roof coating with a highly reflective bright white finish, applied as a top coat waterproofing system over metal, approved membranes, and concrete. Its specification data sheet reports 600% elongation and 2000 psi tensile strength (both ASTM D2370) and states plainly, "NOTE: This product has no fire rating."
