Curb-mounted glazed roof access hatch that opens to 85 degrees on gas pistons, with a lifting bar and a locking roof latch, for rooftop service access or roof decks. It has a welded thermally broken white aluminum internal frame and a brown exterior aluminum frame, with other colours or mill finish available. It comes in glass (GL RAS, double glazed LoE3 options, minimum 2:12 pitch) and acrylic dome versions, in 10 standard glass and 15 standard acrylic sizes plus custom sizes; the curb is not included and its finished width cannot exceed 1.75 in. The maker states it is not a venting skylight.
