Curb-mounted venting skylight with an extruded aluminum exterior frame, a white fusion-welded vinyl (PVC) base frame, a four-sided condensation gutter and Truth Hardware operators. Versions are GL OCM (glass, manual crank), GL OCM E (glass, electric with remote control or wall switch, three motor options) and AC OCM (double or triple acrylic or polycarbonate dome, manual, with a removable insect screen). Glass models need a minimum 2:12 pitch and a flashed curb no wider than 1.75 in.; the acrylic dome model can be used on flat or sloped roofs. Venting units come in standard or custom sizes up to 4 ft by 4 ft. The maker states the sealed glass unit is guaranteed against seal failure for twenty years from purchase.
