An aluminum shake-profile metal roofing system sold under Isaiah Industries' Green American Home brand, of identical construction to Classic Metal Roofing Systems' Rustic Shingle: press-formed from 0.019-inch-thick, 3105 alloy, H26 temper aluminum sheet complying with ASTM B209, finished with a Kynar 500 PVDF resin-based topcoat with hI-R Heat Barrier coatings, and attached with a dedicated 4009 nailing clip. Panels install at approximately 44 lbs per square. UL Product iQ lists Great American Shake as a Class 4 aluminum tile shingle (and, in its steel version, a Class 4 steel tile shingle) under UL 2218, and ICC-ES ESR-1360 rates the aluminum version a Class A, B, or C fire-classified roof covering depending on the underlayment assembly used.
