Isaiah Industries' heavily formed aluminum roofing system styled after hand-split cedar shakes, press-formed from 0.019-inch-thick, 3105 alloy, H26 temper aluminum sheet complying with ASTM B209, finished with a PVDF (Kynar 500/Hylar 5000) topcoat over a corrosion-inhibiting primer. Panels have a nominal width of 14.6 inches and length of 48.4 inches, install at approximately 47 lbs per square, and each panel carries eight simulated shake patterns with butt thicknesses ranging from 3/8 inch to 1-1/8 inches. UL Product iQ lists Country Manor Shake as a Class 4 aluminum tile shingle under UL 2218, and ICC-ES ESR-1360 rates it a Class A, B, or C fire-classified roof covering depending on the underlayment assembly used.
