A penetration seal system that replaces metal pitch pans with precast, 2-inch-high nylon resin curb components bonded with M-1 adhesive/sealant and filled with 1-Part moisture-cure pourable sealer; the data sheet says it installs in under 15 minutes with no flashing or mechanical attachment. Standard pieces include bisected circles with 3, 4, 5, 6 or 9 inch inside diameters, 2-inch-radius corners, 3 and 8 inch straights and a 4.5 by 3.4 inch rectangle. It is specified for PVC, EPDM, PIB and TPO single-ply membranes (TPO Primer required on TPO) and for granulated modified bitumen and asphalt and coal tar BUR, and is not for Hypalon or smooth APP. The data sheet says an extended manufacturer warranty against leaks is activated by submitting a completed warranty card.
