Vycor Ultra is a butyl roofing underlayment, a 100% butyl rubber adhesive under cross-laminated high-density polyethylene film, made for extreme-temperature assemblies up to 300 degrees F, including copper, zinc and COR-TEN metal roofs. The October 2025 data sheet gives a 34 in. x 70 ft. roll (198 sq. ft.) weighing 42 lbs., 30 mils thick, a maximum exposure of 120 days, and UL 790/ASTM E108 Class A under fiberglass shingles and Class C under organic felt shingles.
