Shadow Ridge XL is the hip and ridge accessory for CertainTeed's Patriot XL shingles, made in a metric 13 1/4 in. x 39 3/8 in. three-piece format that separates into 13 1/4 in. x 13 1/8 in. caps at a 5 5/8 in. exposure, about 63 lbs. per bundle; the caps can be laid single, superimposed to a double layer, or folded to a triple layer. The August 2026 data sheet lists UL 2218 Class 3 impact resistance and ASTM D3161 Class F wind resistance, with a limited warranty concurrent with the field shingle.
