Fire-resistant, polyester-reinforced, SBS-modified bitumen cap sheet for commercial low-slope roofs, mop-applied with hot asphalt or cold adhesive (distinct chemistry from the APP-modified, torch-applied Flintlastic GTA family). CertainTeed's own product page states the fire-resistant cap "can support Class A fire ratings when utilized in UL, Class A roof assemblies" — an assembly-dependent rating, so no fire_rating enum is set here. Meets ASTM D6164 Grade G, Type I and stays pliable in cold temperatures. Standard asphaltic membrane warranties run ten to twenty-five years depending on system specification and product selection, through Limited Warranty on Materials, Integrity Roof System, or Integrity Roof System No Dollar Limit coverage.
