It is 1.3 mm (51 mils) thick, weighs 70 lbs per roll and covers two squares. CertainTeed lists it as meeting ASTM D4601 Type II and ASTM D6757, and it is listed in a Miami-Dade underlayment systems approval. Warranty terms of ten to twenty-five years depend on the system specification and product selection.
