Versapanel Roof is an insulated metal roof panel with a foamed-in-place polyisocyanurate core between a ribbed steel face and a G90 galvanized liner, on a 36 in. module with a double tongue-and-groove side lap, in 1-3/4, 2-1/2 and 4 in. thicknesses rated R-14.7, R-20.9 and R-33.5, weighing about 2.1 to 4.3 lb per sq. ft. It is permitted on slopes down to 1/2:12 without end laps (1:12 with). The data sheet's description gives lengths up to 48 ft. while its table lists 6 to 52 ft. It lists FM 4471 Class 1 and FM 4880 Class 1, ASTM E84 (Class A per IBC 803.1.2), ASTM E108, UL 263, UL 1256 and UL 1715 fire tests, ASTM E283 and ASTM E331 air and water tests, and Florida approval FL30711 for non-HVHZ areas.
