TerraVue is a factory-assembled insulated metal roof deck for low-slope commercial and industrial flat roofing that combines a steel deck, vapor barrier, ISO insulation and cover board into one panel, completed on site with a field-applied TPO or PVC single-ply membrane. It is offered in 4, 5, 6 and 8 in. thicknesses (R-values corresponding to U-factors of 0.028, 0.022, 0.019 and 0.014) in a 44 in. panel width and 8 ft. to 53 ft. lengths, in diaphragm and non-diaphragm structural options, fully adhered or mechanically attached. Roof slope range is 1/4:12 to 1/2:12 (fully adhered) or 1:12 (mechanically attached) for TPO, and 1/4:12 to 2:12 for PVC.
