SDP 200 is a handed, asymmetrical, mechanically seamed structural standing seam roof panel with a 2 in. seam, installed by hook and rotate on standard two-piece floating clips that allow thermal movement on runs up to 225 ft. It comes in 16 and 18 in. widths and 9 to 38 ft. lengths of 24 gauge (22 gauge optional) Galvalume or G90 galvanized steel, with factory-applied sealant, over open purlins and blanket insulation, steel deck and rigid insulation or plywood, at slopes down to 1/2:12 without end laps (1:12 with). The data sheet lists UL 580 Class 90, FM 4471 1-90 for steel purlin construction, ASTM E1680, ASTM E1646 and ASTM E1592 tests and an MBMA ice damming test.
