SDP 175 is a structural standing seam roof panel with a 1-3/4 in. seam that snaps together over concealed clips, so no seaming tools are needed, in 16 and 18 in. widths and 9 to 38 ft. lengths of 24 gauge (22 gauge optional) Galvalume or G90 galvanized steel, striated, pencil-bead or planked. It is recommended for slopes of 3:12 and greater over open purlins, plywood deck or rigid foam over steel deck, and can also be run as a wall panel. The data sheet lists UL 580 Class 90 for steel purlin, steel deck and plywood constructions and ASTM E1680, ASTM E1646 and ASTM E1592 tests.
