Factory-formed one-piece hip and ridge units for CeDUR synthetic cedar shake roofs, one of the three components (starter, field shake, hip and ridge) the CeDUR site names for a roof. The size and coverage sheet prints three sizes, all at 10-inch coverage, 12 pieces and 10 feet per bundle, fastened two per side, and assigns Low to 4:12 through 7:12, Medium to above 7:12 through 11:12 and High to above 11:12 through 14:12, with ridges above 14:12 field assembled. The installation recommendations instead pair the same pitch bands with hip and ridge combinations (Low Hip and Low Ridge; Low Hip and Medium Ridge; Medium Hip and High Ridge) and call for one layer of No. 30 felt under the pieces.
